Planning tips for Newcastle venues

• Talk to your venue about load-in. City-centre venues often have set times and entrances for suppliers, so it helps to tell us early who your contact is.
• Book well ahead for December. Christmas party dates are snapped up quickly, so give yourself as much notice as you can.
