Amazing from start to finish. Seamless booking process and confirmation. Answered all My random questions inbetween. On the night the kits was top of the range and looked great. All accessories were quality. Shots looked fab and staff really good fun and helpful. All Our guests loved it and loved having a pic to takeaway x
Do not hesitate and book these for your next event by far the best in the business. Very lovely staff that came with the photo booth and to put up with our wild events they deserve a medal. What a cracking experience we had at a wedding yesterday with Selfie Star! Overall a friendly, humorous but professional service! He even let me take the horses head to the dance floor, I mean, what more could you want! Would absolutely recommend to a friend. You thoroughly deserve the top marks in this review!
I booked this photobooth for my wedding and was so impressed by the quality of the prints, props and service - it really was perfection. We met Sally and Wayne at a wedding fair and hiring them was the best decision ever ( despite already having a DJ provided within our wedding package at Aldwark Manor) we knew it would be an extra cost but we were willing to do this as we wanted Wayne as our DJ , and he was worth every penny, he made our wedding exactly what we wanted he listened to our preferences and tailored the music to our taste. The guests absolutely loved him. He also helped organise the dance floor which I wanted and provided letters. Sally on the photobooth was equally amazing, guests had such a laugh and kept Sally busy. Definitely a must have at any party. The added bonus of us receiving a copy of every photo taken that night and placed in a box was simply brilliant myself and my husband were able to look through these at our leisure and have a good giggle. So a massive thank you to both Sally & Wayne and if your looking for a top class DJ and photo booth look no further we highly recommend these guys they are the best.
we loved our photo booth for our wedding last month. Not only did we hire that from Selfie Star, we hired the DJ, venue uplighting and sparkler fountains. Wayne and Sally was very accommodating for our need after we had to change a few things and move our timeline forward which wasn't too much hassel for them. would 100000% recommend to anyone looking for entertainment for their special event. we also want to wish Wayne and Sally all the best in their business . Wayne and Sally provided the entertainment for my son's wedding. They arrived promptly and provided an excellent service for the evening of the reception. Apart from the music and DJ service, we also had a selfie booth which was extremely popular with all the guests and even a session of Karaoke. We were very happy with all aspects of the service from Selfie Star and recommend them for similar events.

Great service - have used the drop off photo pod service twice for annual NHS staff awards event. Hassle free delivery and set up. Created personalised prints and sent through digital gallery promptly. Provided an easy to follow video guide in case we needed to change any of the settings during the event. Selfie star have been amazing since we booked them for our wedding on 30th December 2023. Wayne and Sally offer fabulous customer service, and no request was too much. Sally was there on hand all evening with the Photo Booth, which has had many compliments from our wedding guests. Wayne was a fabulous DJ from start to finish. My (now) husband and I create a playlist of request from our guests RSVPs which we sent over to Wayne the week before the wedding, and from beginning to end of our reception the dance floor was full. A Fun and Unforgettable Touch to Our Day! The photo booth and audio guest book were such a hit at our wedding — we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Sally was quick and great at communicating via email. Wayne was friendly, professional, and brought such great energy. Everyone loved getting involved and the memories captured are ones we’ll treasure forever. The little box of printouts they created for us was such a thoughtful and personal touch — we were genuinely blown away by it. Flipping through them the next day was such a joy (and gave us so many laughs!). They were so prompt getting the audio guest book to us as well so now we will always have the voices and expressions of our nearest and dearest on our special day. Thank you for adding something truly special to our day — you were amazing from start to finish!
Firstly the quality of the pictures was fantastic and well in advance of many other photo booths we saw. The service was great on the night - very friendly and accommodating. The props were all great as well. Made our own wedding memorable and we can’t thank them enough. Couldn’t recommend the Selfie Star team anymore. Would definitely suggest these guys every time!
I recently had a Selfie Star photobooth for my wedding and honestly I am disappointed, I wish I had chosen an alternative supplier. I had asked for the guestbook to be managed and for people to be encouraged to sign, the book had minimal writing in and just single photos spread out over a 30cm x 30cm book so it was a complete waste. I had asked my guests afterwards why they didn’t sign, some said they didn’t know they were supposed to as they weren’t told. I had a bag of items for the photo booth attendant to display on the table for people to use. The sign wasn’t displayed, the selection of coloured pens weren’t out for my guests, along with the cards I wanted putting on the table. I had left post it notes on each of the items to be laid out and these were ignored. I paid for 3 hours, the first photo was taken at 7:16pm and the groom was turned away at 9:37pm to go in the booth. There are no pictures of the bride and groom in the photobooth together. I understand this is partly my fault, but the attendant could have prompted a bridesmaid or myself to grab the groom as the excitement of the night took over. I’m gutted I don’t have any photos of us in there together. Also, I’ve had complaints from my guests saying the attendant wasn’t very polite and also didn’t always give copies of the photos out/wasn't clear that they weren’t all stuck in the book. The backdrop provided was a lovely colour, the machine was pretty and my printouts looked nice. But the overall experience was a disappointment and I wouldn’t use this company again.
