Me and my wife Beth had selfie star at our wedding at Danby castle Barn. I couldn’t recommend them enough. From start to finish they were excellent. Everyone at our wedding couldn’t get enough! Thanks once again!
Do not hesitate and book these for your next event by far the best in the business. Very lovely staff that came with the photo booth and to put up with our wild events they deserve a medal. selfie star made our wedding!! run by two of the nicest people we have ever met, Wayne and sal went above and beyond for us to make our special day run as smoothly as possible. They even took all the stress away before hand and communicated with the hotel about arranging the room and making sure everything we had hired from them would fit, they contacted the tribute band we had coming to the wedding and made their set up easier by connect up to selfie stars equipment which made our turn around from the day in to the evening party much quicker! The dancefloor, star light back drop and light up shoots completely transformed our room, it looked amazing!! we also had the dancing with clouds and cold spark fire work for our first dance which was also looked amazing! selfie star also hosted our full day and was our DJ Which I believe made the day run so well. They made us feel very special and organised all the special parts of the day to make sure they went as well as they possibly could and really made the special moments count! THe music was brilliant they played a mixture of songs we asked for and then a mixture of songs from 80s 90s and now which was great the dancefloor was full of people all night! highly recommended this company they are fantastic, we also had the table selfie centerpiece aswell which we and all our guests had lots of fun with and captured loads of memories! Thank you Wayne and sal you were fantastic and we can't wait to have another party with selfie star!!!

Great service - have used the drop off photo pod service twice for annual NHS staff awards event. Hassle free delivery and set up. Created personalised prints and sent through digital gallery promptly. Provided an easy to follow video guide in case we needed to change any of the settings during the event. Fun pose guide feature that staff members really enjoyed using. Thank you!
We used Selfie Star for our wedding in June and were very happy with the service they offered. We opted for the vintage Photo Booth, and it looked stunning in our rustic wedding. Wayne was really good on the day, helping guests to take photos, and all our guests loved it! We now have a box of photographs to look back at! Thanks again!
We had an amazing experience with the Icon photo booth and audio guestbook at our wedding. The black & white shots were stunning, and the audio guestbook was so much fun to listen to the next morning. Wayne’s was so friendly and added a special touch to our day, and we couldn’t be happier. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. From the off the relationship was superb, regular check ins to make sure everything was in order and we were all on the same page which put me at ease and had nothing to worry about. What a day.. we had the full package from ceremony to evening DJ, photobooth’s, love letters, dance floor you name it we had it and we are so happy that we did. From introductions to DJ banter the whole day was the absolute best thank you to Wayne & Sally who literally catered for everything with the most professional and caring service. Excellent service for our wedding! Everyone absolutely LOVED the table selfie units!! They were a huge hit! And the magic mirror in the evening provided a lot of entertainment. Fantastic friendly service from Wayne and Sally from start to finish. Would highly recommend!! And would definitely use them for any of our future celebrations and events. Excellent company!

I booked SelfieStar for a corporate Christmas party and they were brilliant. The photos were great, and our team had the best time. We went for the Gatsby theme, and Selfie Star provided a relevant backdrop and props which added to the festivity. We had trouble with the venue and local council restricting loading and drop off, but the gentleman setting up and running the photobooth was nothing but professional, and worked hard to get set up on time and not let this affect our night. He was incredibly polite and also helped to calm my nerves/stress levels when setting up. Thank you so much!

On the fence? Will the DJ and photobooth be mega cheesy… too loud or tatty in presentation?? … that was my thoughts when searching for a DJ for our wedding. I booked totally blind and I think I got very lucky booking with selfie star. Communication, the app planning tools and the phone call 2 weeks before the day was very professionally executed. Wayne (DJ) and Sam (photo booth) were a delight to have around on the night and kept everyone on the dance floor despite a big mixed of ages and nationalities joining our evening party. Both the dj and photo booth looked fabulous and the props were all high quality. Thanks very much to you both!!! If your on the fence… you won’t regret booking these guys ☺️
Selfie Star provided a great service for our wedding. They were helpful and knowledgable in the lead up to our wedding and contacted us throughout. They had the dance floor full throughout the whole evening and knew how to keep the party going! We would definitely recommend them to other people for weddings and events!
Communication was great, turned up to the event on time. Despite a slight hiccup our end, the setup was completed. Very professional, a good service. Would recommend.
We had Wayne and Sally provide the Photobooth and DJ for our wedding reception. Both were exceptional. Wayne's soundtrack for the night was perfectly pitched, taking into account any requested songs, whilst producing an engaging mix to keep the dance floor full at all times. Meanwhile the Photobooth was busy all night. We added the leather guestbook and now have a wonderful keepsake to remind us of our wedding. We cannot recommend them more highly.

We used Selfie Star for our wedding in early March. Their online portal makes things so easy to use, and they were really quick at getting back to us with queries we had. The quality of the photos are superb, and we are really glad that we chose selfie star. The staff were really helpful and friendly, too.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE PHOTOS ON ANOTHER LEVEL!!! Wayne and sally at selfie star photo booths set up at our wedding and it really brought the evening do to life. Well structured and engaging, our guests couldn’t wait to get in there and dive in to the props and 6 poses was a massive hit.

We used selfie star Photo Booth for our wedding last weekend and couldn’t recommend highly enough. The guests had great fun, the range of props is brilliant and the quality of the photos is amazing. Also special thank you for waiting around after our time had ended so I could find the groom to have our photo taken as realised we hadn’t had one together all night!
Firstly the quality of the pictures was fantastic and well in advance of many other photo booths we saw. The service was great on the night - very friendly and accommodating. The props were all great as well. Made our own wedding memorable and we can’t thank them enough. Couldn’t recommend the Selfie Star team anymore. Would definitely suggest these guys every time!

Selfie star have been amazing since we booked them for our wedding on 30th December 2023. Wayne and Sally offer fabulous customer service, and no request was too much. Sally was there on hand all evening with the Photo Booth, which has had many compliments from our wedding guests. Wayne was a fabulous DJ from start to finish. My (now) husband and I create a playlist of request from our guests RSVPs which we sent over to Wayne the week before the wedding, and from beginning to end of our reception the dance floor was full. We cannot recommend selfie star enough and will be sure to use their services again for future events. Thanks you so much, from Mr and Mrs Ward!

Fab from start to finish! Fantastic service from Wayne when we used Selfie Star for our wedding this month. Despite some delays with our food service on the day, meaning Wayne was forced to delay setup by over an hour, he very kindly offered to stay on to make up the time lost, giving our guests plenty of time to enjoy the booth. Photos came out looking wonderful and our guests absolutely loved it! Couldn’t recommend them enough 😊 thank you Wayne and Sally!

I could not recommend Selfie Star enough we used them for a kardashian style black & white Photo Booth for mine and my partners engagement party and it went down amazing! Everyone loved the pictures and commented on how different it was to your usual phot booths, their service from start to finish was 10/10. Wayne was so friendly and accommodating to anything we asked or needed! Great company :)

We had a Selfie Star photo booth at our wedding in April 2025. We had met the team at a wedding fayre a York racecourse and booked them on the day, which came with a deal which included the audio guestbook also. The process was easy and we used the portal to provide the team with final details. We also had some email communications with them, and they were always very responsive. We had some discussions around the backdrop for the photo booth, but the team were able to use the lovely stone wall in our venue, which added a personal touch. They also agreed to bring our back up option just in case this didnt work on the day The team very kindly agreed to help us with our guestbook, we provided the book and the team stuck in one copy of each photo and asked our guests to sign next to it. They even thoughtfully kept the first page free for when we got ourselves a picture. This guestbook has given us a lovely keepsake. The audio guestbook was also great fun to listen back to! The only comment I would have is that they were a little later arriving than we had expected, the venue team came to tell my mum and I that they had not arrived, but when my mum called a few minuets later they had just pulled up. I expect that this was just a delay or a miss-communication on the arrival time, but it did give us a small moment of panic on the day!

We booked Selfie Star Photobooths after seeing the photobooth in action at a wedding fayre. Booking with them was seamless and everything was so easy to access on the portal. On the day, set up was done with no issues whatsoever and our guests were free to enjoy the fun this brought to our evening. All of our guests commented on how fantastic the photobooth was and how well it was operated. It brought so much fun and energy to the evening and was loved by everyone.
