Our customers demanded a sleek, streamlined booking process with online event management. We searched the market to find the very best software that suits the needs of our business and our customers. It had to have a few key features to be an improvement on our previous portal and we think we have find the right platform for this.
We have partnered with the team at BoothBook to add a very cool new management tool for our business and give our customers an impressive client portal where they can manage everything from their account information, booking management, make online payment, view payment history, download invoices, download our certifications and insurance documents and communicate with us directly in one amazing place.
Then came some of the hard work which is where our web team have done a superb job to integrate the software fully into our website, fully customise the services we offer and make sure that the end user experience is simple and intuitive. No easy task but the work is now complete and we hope you will agree that we have made the right choice.
Now I cannot promise there will be no teething issues but we are confident it is ready to go live.
