We met Sally and Wayne at a wedding fair and hiring them was the best decision ever ( despite already having a DJ provided within our wedding package at Aldwark Manor) we knew it would be an extra cost but we were willing to do this as we wanted Wayne as our DJ , and he was worth every penny, he made our wedding exactly what we wanted he listened to our preferences and tailored the music to our taste. The guests absolutely loved him. He also helped organise the dance floor which I wanted and provided letters. Sally on the photobooth was equally amazing, guests had such a laugh and kept Sally busy. Definitely a must have at any party. The added bonus of us receiving a copy of every photo taken that night and placed in a box was simply brilliant myself and my husband were able to look through these at our leisure and have a good giggle. So a massive thank you to both Sally & Wayne and if your looking for a top class DJ and photo booth look no further we highly recommend these guys they are the best.

I booked SelfieStar for a corporate Christmas party and they were brilliant. The photos were great, and our team had the best time. We went for the Gatsby theme, and Selfie Star provided a relevant backdrop and props which added to the festivity. Selfie star have been amazing since we booked them for our wedding on 30th December 2023. Wayne and Sally offer fabulous customer service, and no request was too much. Sally was there on hand all evening with the Photo Booth, which has had many compliments from our wedding guests. Wayne was a fabulous DJ from start to finish. My (now) husband and I create a playlist of request from our guests RSVPs which we sent over to Wayne the week before the wedding, and from beginning to end of our reception the dance floor was full. We cannot recommend selfie star enough and will be sure to use their services again for future events. Thanks you so much, from Mr and Mrs Ward!

I could not recommend Selfie Star enough we used them for a kardashian style black & white Photo Booth for mine and my partners engagement party and it went down amazing! Everyone loved the pictures and commented on how different it was to your usual phot booths, their service from start to finish was 10/10. Wayne was so friendly and accommodating to anything we asked or needed! Great company :)

We had a Selfie Star booth at our wedding recently and we are so glad we chose to have one. Our guests loved it and it was in constant use throughout the night. The company was really helpful and professional, and sent us the digital photos within a few days of the wedding. We also had an audio guestbook and again, this was something I'm really happy to have had. We received the messages a few days after the wedding and sitting with my wife and listening to all the things people had said to us was really moving. All in all, a really quality service that helped make our day that bit more special.

Great service - have used the drop off photo pod service twice for annual NHS staff awards event. Hassle free delivery and set up. Created personalised prints and sent through digital gallery promptly. Provided an easy to follow video guide in case we needed to change any of the settings during the event. Fun pose guide feature that staff members really enjoyed using. Thank you!

A Fun and Unforgettable Touch to Our Day! The photo booth and audio guest book were such a hit at our wedding — we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Sally was quick and great at communicating via email. Wayne was friendly, professional, and brought such great energy. Everyone loved getting involved and the memories captured are ones we’ll treasure forever. The little box of printouts they created for us was such a thoughtful and personal touch — we were genuinely blown away by it. Flipping through them the next day was such a joy (and gave us so many laughs!). They were so prompt getting the audio guest book to us as well so now we will always have the voices and expressions of our nearest and dearest on our special day. I cannot recommend Selfie Star Photo Booths highly enough. Wayne was quick to respond to all queries and accommodated any special requests. An excellent variety of high quality props. The camera looked very classy and the screen at the back that showed the slideshow of the photos was a real bonus and encouraged people to use the booth. The option to have the three poses followed by the six 'directed' poses was an excellent added extra which made for some really great shots. The master set of photos, presented to us in a nice white storage box at the end of the night, is also a great touch if you don't go for the album. Thank you Wayne - you really made our night extra special.

I recently had a Selfie Star photobooth for my wedding and honestly I am disappointed, I wish I had chosen an alternative supplier. I had asked for the guestbook to be managed and for people to be encouraged to sign, the book had minimal writing in and just single photos spread out over a 30cm x 30cm book so it was a complete waste. I had asked my guests afterwards why they didn’t sign, some said they didn’t know they were supposed to as they weren’t told. I had a bag of items for the photo booth attendant to display on the table for people to use. The sign wasn’t displayed, the selection of coloured pens weren’t out for my guests, along with the cards I wanted putting on the table. I had left post it notes on each of the items to be laid out and these were ignored. I paid for 3 hours, the first photo was taken at 7:16pm and the groom was turned away at 9:37pm to go in the booth. There are no pictures of the bride and groom in the photobooth together. I understand this is partly my fault, but the attendant could have prompted a bridesmaid or myself to grab the groom as the excitement of the night took over. I’m gutted I don’t have any photos of us in there together. Also, I’ve had complaints from my guests saying the attendant wasn’t very polite and also didn’t always give copies of the photos out/wasn't clear that they weren’t all stuck in the book. The backdrop provided was a lovely colour, the machine was pretty and my printouts looked nice. But the overall experience was a disappointment and I wouldn’t use this company again.

He had a great attitude with all of our guests, creating a fab atmosphere and we all certainly had fun! We also added late to our booking an audio guestbook, which was no trouble and brilliant to use! Listening back to the messages has been a real highlight. The turnaround on the online photo gallery & audio messages was amazingly quick too, coming back in just a few days after our wedding! Would highly recommend to anyone for any function!
