On the fence? Will the DJ and photobooth be mega cheesy… too loud or tatty in presentation?? … that was my thoughts when searching for a DJ for our wedding. I booked totally blind and I think I got very lucky booking with selfie star. Communication, the app planning tools and the phone call 2 weeks before the day was very professionally executed. Wayne (DJ) and Sam (photo booth) were a delight to have around on the night and kept everyone on the dance floor despite a big mixed of ages and nationalities joining our evening party. Despite some delays with our food service on the day, meaning Wayne was forced to delay setup by over an hour, he very kindly offered to stay on to make up the time lost, giving our guests plenty of time to enjoy the booth. We met Sally and Wayne at a wedding fair and hiring them was the best decision ever ( despite already having a DJ provided within our wedding package at Aldwark Manor) we knew it would be an extra cost but we were willing to do this as we wanted Wayne as our DJ , and he was worth every penny, he made our wedding exactly what we wanted he listened to our preferences and tailored the music to our taste. The guests absolutely loved him. He also helped organise the dance floor which I wanted and provided letters. Sally on the photobooth was equally amazing, guests had such a laugh and kept Sally busy. Definitely a must have at any party. The added bonus of us receiving a copy of every photo taken that night and placed in a box was simply brilliant myself and my husband were able to look through these at our leisure and have a good giggle. So a massive thank you to both Sally & Wayne and if your looking for a top class DJ and photo booth look no further we highly recommend these guys they are the best.

Wayne on the night of our wedding was brilliant, super friendly & arrived in plenty of time for the start of the evening celebrations! We had a Selfie Star booth at our wedding recently and we are so glad we chose to have one. Our guests loved it and it was in constant use throughout the night. The company was really helpful and professional, and sent us the digital photos within a few days of the wedding. We also had an audio guestbook and again, this was something I'm really happy to have had. We received the messages a few days after the wedding and sitting with my wife and listening to all the things people had said to us was really moving. All in all, a really quality service that helped make our day that bit more special.

We couldn’t have asked for anything better. From the off the relationship was superb, regular check ins to make sure everything was in order and we were all on the same page which put me at ease and had nothing to worry about. What a day.. we had the full package from ceremony to evening DJ, photobooth’s, love letters, dance floor you name it we had it and we are so happy that we did. From introductions to DJ banter the whole day was the absolute best thank you to Wayne & Sally who literally catered for everything with the most professional and caring service. We booked Selfie Star Photobooths after seeing the photobooth in action at a wedding fayre. Booking with them was seamless and everything was so easy to access on the portal. On the day, set up was done with no issues whatsoever and our guests were free to enjoy the fun this brought to our evening. All of our guests commented on how fantastic the photobooth was and how well it was operated. It brought so much fun and energy to the evening and was loved by everyone. The photos were absolutely fantastic, we loved going through the prints and the digital copies of the photos! Absolutely incredible, thank you so much we are forever grateful.

I booked SelfieStar for a corporate Christmas party and they were brilliant. The photos were great, and our team had the best time. We went for the Gatsby theme, and Selfie Star provided a relevant backdrop and props which added to the festivity. We had trouble with the venue and local council restricting loading and drop off, but the gentleman setting up and running the photobooth was nothing but professional, and worked hard to get set up on time and not let this affect our night. He was incredibly polite and also helped to calm my nerves/stress levels when setting up. Thank you so much!

I cannot recommend Selfie Star Photo Booths highly enough. Wayne was quick to respond to all queries and accommodated any special requests. An excellent variety of high quality props. The camera looked very classy and the screen at the back that showed the slideshow of the photos was a real bonus and encouraged people to use the booth. The option to have the three poses followed by the six 'directed' poses was an excellent added extra which made for some really great shots. The master set of photos, presented to us in a nice white storage box at the end of the night, is also a great touch if you don't go for the album. Thank you Wayne - you really made our night extra special.
