On the day, set up was done with no issues whatsoever and our guests were free to enjoy the fun this brought to our evening. Their communication was excellent & their app is easy to use for updates, info on your package and payments. Having used photobooths before, I can say the tech from Selfie Star was the best quality we’ve seen! We had the ICON! Wayne on the night of our wedding was brilliant, super friendly & arrived in plenty of time for the start of the evening celebrations! He had a great attitude with all of our guests, creating a fab atmosphere and we all certainly had fun! We also added late to our booking an audio guestbook, which was no trouble and brilliant to use! Listening back to the messages has been a real highlight. The turnaround on the online photo gallery & audio messages was amazingly quick too, coming back in just a few days after our wedding! Would highly recommend to anyone for any function! We met Sally and Wayne at a wedding fair and hiring them was the best decision ever ( despite already having a DJ provided within our wedding package at Aldwark Manor) we knew it would be an extra cost but we were willing to do this as we wanted Wayne as our DJ , and he was worth every penny, he made our wedding exactly what we wanted he listened to our preferences and tailored the music to our taste. The guests absolutely loved him. He also helped organise the dance floor which I wanted and provided letters. Sally on the photobooth was equally amazing, guests had such a laugh and kept Sally busy. Definitely a must have at any party. The added bonus of us receiving a copy of every photo taken that night and placed in a box was simply brilliant myself and my husband were able to look through these at our leisure and have a good giggle. So a massive thank you to both Sally & Wayne and if your looking for a top class DJ and photo booth look no further we highly recommend these guys they are the best.

They even took all the stress away before hand and communicated with the hotel about arranging the room and making sure everything we had hired from them would fit, they contacted the tribute band we had coming to the wedding and made their set up easier by connect up to selfie stars equipment which made our turn around from the day in to the evening party much quicker! The dancefloor, star light back drop and light up shoots completely transformed our room, it looked amazing!! we also had the dancing with clouds and cold spark fire work for our first dance which was also looked amazing! selfie star also hosted our full day and was our DJ Which I believe made the day run so well. They made us feel very special and organised all the special parts of the day to make sure they went as well as they possibly could and really made the special moments count! THe music was brilliant they played a mixture of songs we asked for and then a mixture of songs from 80s 90s and now which was great the dancefloor was full of people all night! highly recommended this company they are fantastic, we also had the table selfie centerpiece aswell which we and all our guests had lots of fun with and captured loads of memories! I booked SelfieStar for a corporate Christmas party and they were brilliant. The photos were great, and our team had the best time. We went for the Gatsby theme, and Selfie Star provided a relevant backdrop and props which added to the festivity. We had trouble with the venue and local council restricting loading and drop off, but the gentleman setting up and running the photobooth was nothing but professional, and worked hard to get set up on time and not let this affect our night. I cannot recommend Selfie Star Photo Booths highly enough. Wayne was quick to respond to all queries and accommodated any special requests. An excellent variety of high quality props. The camera looked very classy and the screen at the back that showed the slideshow of the photos was a real bonus and encouraged people to use the booth. The option to have the three poses followed by the six 'directed' poses was an excellent added extra which made for some really great shots. The master set of photos, presented to us in a nice white storage box at the end of the night, is also a great touch if you don't go for the album. Selfie Star provided a great service for our wedding. They were helpful and knowledgable in the lead up to our wedding and contacted us throughout. They had the dance floor full throughout the whole evening and knew how to keep the party going! We would definitely recommend them to other people for weddings and events!

Wayne and Sally provided the entertainment for my son's wedding. They arrived promptly and provided an excellent service for the evening of the reception. Apart from the music and DJ service, we also had a selfie booth which was extremely popular with all the guests and even a session of Karaoke. We were very happy with all aspects of the service from Selfie Star and recommend them for similar events.

I had such a fantastic experience with Selfie Star Photobooth - booked for my wedding day. The service was amazing from start to finish and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made everything even more enjoyable. I was really impressed with how quickly we received all of our pictures - they were sent over the very next day without having to chase up! Super fast service and such great quality too. I would definitely recommend Selfie Star Photobooth to anyone looking to add something special to their event.

We used Selfie Star for our wedding in June and were very happy with the service they offered. We opted for the vintage Photo Booth, and it looked stunning in our rustic wedding. We hired the Selfie Star photobooth for our wedding and I’m so glad we did! The photos of all of our guests looked amazing and so high quality and the guests had so much fun! What was even better was that we got a copy of all the photos and a digital version too to keep as a keepsake! Cannot recommend them enough and would definetly hire again!

Selfie star have been amazing since we booked them for our wedding on 30th December 2023. Wayne and Sally offer fabulous customer service, and no request was too much. Sally was there on hand all evening with the Photo Booth, which has had many compliments from our wedding guests. Wayne was a fabulous DJ from start to finish. My (now) husband and I create a playlist of request from our guests RSVPs which we sent over to Wayne the week before the wedding, and from beginning to end of our reception the dance floor was full. We cannot recommend selfie star enough and will be sure to use their services again for future events. Thanks you so much, from Mr and Mrs Ward!

I recently had a Selfie Star photobooth for my wedding and honestly I am disappointed, I wish I had chosen an alternative supplier. I had asked for the guestbook to be managed and for people to be encouraged to sign, the book had minimal writing in and just single photos spread out over a 30cm x 30cm book so it was a complete waste. I had asked my guests afterwards why they didn’t sign, some said they didn’t know they were supposed to as they weren’t told. I had a bag of items for the photo booth attendant to display on the table for people to use. The sign wasn’t displayed, the selection of coloured pens weren’t out for my guests, along with the cards I wanted putting on the table. I had left post it notes on each of the items to be laid out and these were ignored. I paid for 3 hours, the first photo was taken at 7:16pm and the groom was turned away at 9:37pm to go in the booth. There are no pictures of the bride and groom in the photobooth together. I understand this is partly my fault, but the attendant could have prompted a bridesmaid or myself to grab the groom as the excitement of the night took over. I’m gutted I don’t have any photos of us in there together. Also, I’ve had complaints from my guests saying the attendant wasn’t very polite and also didn’t always give copies of the photos out/wasn't clear that they weren’t all stuck in the book. The backdrop provided was a lovely colour, the machine was pretty and my printouts looked nice. But the overall experience was a disappointment and I wouldn’t use this company again.

Fab from start to finish! Fantastic service from Wayne when we used Selfie Star for our wedding this month. Despite some delays with our food service on the day, meaning Wayne was forced to delay setup by over an hour, he very kindly offered to stay on to make up the time lost, giving our guests plenty of time to enjoy the booth. Photos came out looking wonderful and our guests absolutely loved it! Couldn’t recommend them enough 😊 thank you Wayne and Sally!
