I booked SelfieStar for a corporate Christmas party and they were brilliant. The photos were great, and our team had the best time. We went for the Gatsby theme, and Selfie Star provided a relevant backdrop and props which added to the festivity. We had trouble with the venue and local council restricting loading and drop off, but the gentleman setting up and running the photobooth was nothing but professional, and worked hard to get set up on time and not let this affect our night. We had a Selfie Star photo booth at our wedding in April 2025. We had met the team at a wedding fayre a York racecourse and booked them on the day, which came with a deal which included the audio guestbook also. The process was easy and we used the portal to provide the team with final details. We also had some email communications with them, and they were always very responsive. We had some discussions around the backdrop for the photo booth, but the team were able to use the lovely stone wall in our venue, which added a personal touch. They also agreed to bring our back up option just in case this didnt work on the day The team very kindly agreed to help us with our guestbook, we provided the book and the team stuck in one copy of each photo and asked our guests to sign next to it. They even thoughtfully kept the first page free for when we got ourselves a picture. This guestbook has given us a lovely keepsake. The audio guestbook was also great fun to listen back to! The only comment I would have is that they were a little later arriving than we had expected, the venue team came to tell my mum and I that they had not arrived, but when my mum called a few minuets later they had just pulled up. I expect that this was just a delay or a miss-communication on the arrival time, but it did give us a small moment of panic on the day!

Wayne on the night of our wedding was brilliant, super friendly & arrived in plenty of time for the start of the evening celebrations! He had a great attitude with all of our guests, creating a fab atmosphere and we all certainly had fun! Selfie star have been amazing since we booked them for our wedding on 30th December 2023. Wayne and Sally offer fabulous customer service, and no request was too much. Sally was there on hand all evening with the Photo Booth, which has had many compliments from our wedding guests. Wayne was a fabulous DJ from start to finish. My (now) husband and I create a playlist of request from our guests RSVPs which we sent over to Wayne the week before the wedding, and from beginning to end of our reception the dance floor was full. Great service - have used the drop off photo pod service twice for annual NHS staff awards event. Hassle free delivery and set up. Created personalised prints and sent through digital gallery promptly. Provided an easy to follow video guide in case we needed to change any of the settings during the event. I cannot recommend Selfie Star Photo Booths highly enough. Wayne was quick to respond to all queries and accommodated any special requests. An excellent variety of high quality props. The camera looked very classy and the screen at the back that showed the slideshow of the photos was a real bonus and encouraged people to use the booth. The option to have the three poses followed by the six 'directed' poses was an excellent added extra which made for some really great shots. The master set of photos, presented to us in a nice white storage box at the end of the night, is also a great touch if you don't go for the album. Thank you Wayne - you really made our night extra special.

A Fun and Unforgettable Touch to Our Day! The photo booth and audio guest book were such a hit at our wedding — we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Sally was quick and great at communicating via email. Wayne was friendly, professional, and brought such great energy. Everyone loved getting involved and the memories captured are ones we’ll treasure forever. The little box of printouts they created for us was such a thoughtful and personal touch — we were genuinely blown away by it. Flipping through them the next day was such a joy (and gave us so many laughs!). They were so prompt getting the audio guest book to us as well so now we will always have the voices and expressions of our nearest and dearest on our special day. We booked Selfie Star Photobooths after seeing the photobooth in action at a wedding fayre. Booking with them was seamless and everything was so easy to access on the portal. On the day, set up was done with no issues whatsoever and our guests were free to enjoy the fun this brought to our evening. All of our guests commented on how fantastic the photobooth was and how well it was operated. It brought so much fun and energy to the evening and was loved by everyone. Fab from start to finish! Fantastic service from Wayne when we used Selfie Star for our wedding this month. Despite some delays with our food service on the day, meaning Wayne was forced to delay setup by over an hour, he very kindly offered to stay on to make up the time lost, giving our guests plenty of time to enjoy the booth. Photos came out looking wonderful and our guests absolutely loved it! Couldn’t recommend them enough 😊 thank you Wayne and Sally!

Wayne (DJ) and Sam (photo booth) were a delight to have around on the night and kept everyone on the dance floor despite a big mixed of ages and nationalities joining our evening party.
